Candidates from Delhi, Chhattisgarh, Telangana, Karnataka, Kerala, Manipur, Meghalaya, Tripura, Sikkim, and Lakshadweep may be on the initial list of the Congress. According to party insiders, seat-sharing negotiations within the INDIA group will choose the nominees for the remaining seats.
